The internal management system of NJS Nexus Holding. It carries a full business chain: tracked task → approved deliverable → bonus → payroll → social declaration → invoice. One database, no re-entry.
Chaining seven functions that never talk to each other in a small company — project tracking, HR, payroll, social compliance, invoicing — without building a monster nobody opens. While handling banking and salary data, therefore protected data.
Results
- Payslips, invoices and contracts generated as PDF
- Automated CSV payment orders and social declaration files
- Audit log and RBAC enforced server-side, not in the UI
- AI layer budget-capped, logged and versioned
